Overall, reasonable, buying experience, a “rebate” that wasn’t really a “rebate” unless taken in conjunction with a very high APR. Otherwise, great staff.

Sadly our 2016 Sorento had engine issues after the warranty expired, instead of putting money into it, we went to look at getting another used Sorento but ended up leaving with a *used 2024 Sportage X-Line. *Used being 719 miles, I think it has had 2 tanks of gas in it! Val was great working with us and dodging the rain to show us the car and another that was only FWD. We opted for the Worry Free program for service which added to the monthly payment, but peace of mind if anything is needed.

Just left the dealership. It was a return visit from 2 days ago. I was meet with a very unhappy and miserable employee named Bob. Poor communication skills and when I complained his supervisor came out and just gave me attitude. I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
