Was stranded on the side of 476 for almost 5 hours. When I got to Raceway Kia the only thing I needed was my spare put on. My wheel lock key broke. The first thing out of this guys mouth was I have no clue when we will get to this probably won’t be until tomorrow. 4 lugs already loosened and only needed the wheel lock lug taken off and my spare put on so I could make a repair appointment at my local spot. Was stranded on the side of 476 for almost 5 hours. When I got to Raceway Kia the only thing I needed was my spare put on. My wheel lock key broke. The first thing out of this guys mouth was I have no clue when we will get to this probably won’t be until tomorrow. 4 lugs already loosened and only needed the wheel lock lug taken off and my spare put on so I could make a repair appointment at my local spot. Didn’t care about how I was going to get home an hour away. None of the above. Emergencies happen I get that but this was a 5 minute job. Walked over to the garage. 3 mechanics laughing it up in a circle. There response you don’t know what there doing.
Your customer service is horrible. I got my telluride towed there because it was 5 minutes up the road if this was going to be the case I would have towed it to my local spot.
I worked with Cire and he was respectful of my time constraint and made the process seamless.
The experience was excellent. The staff members were all extremely kind. The car is everything we wanted in a vehicle. The experience was excellent. The staff members were all extremely kind. The car is everything we wanted in a vehicle. The only negative thing I would have to say is that we have two car notes because we couldn’t trade in the one we showed up at the dealership with due to the amount still remaining on the lease, but the dealership was in great condition, it was very clean.
