New customers move forward by entering the make, model, and year of the vehicle requiring service. Entering the VIN is optional but is recommended as it helps us tailor service recommendations. Mileage is also optional but recommended for the same reasons.
- Select the type of service you need, such as quick service for oil changes and other express offerings or Kia service.
- The next page is your menu board of service options for your model along with potential services and a menu blank for adding additional information about your visit. As you add service options, they appear in a service summary on the side of the screen.
- After tapping "next," we offer you information about transportation options, and you can select waiter or drop-off options and add if you will require service from the transportation shuttle. All of our available appointment slots appear on the next page, and you can choose the time that works best for you and select a preferred service advisor if desired.
- On the last page, simply enter your personal information, such as name, phone number, and email address to confirm your appointment. You can also opt-in to appointment reminders via email, text, or both on this page.
